Scratch Pack Settlement Report

The Scratch Pack Settlement report contains information about packs that have been settled for a given date range.

Each row contains the following information about each settled pack:

• Retailer Number

• Retailer Name

• Retailer Address

• Retailer City

• Game Number

• Pack Number

• Settle Date

• Ticket Price

• Number of Tickets Per Pack

• Pack Value

• Settlement Reason

• Settlement Amount

• Return Amount

• Commission Amount

Report data is grouped by retail location and sorted by location if the report contains multiple locations. Each retail location section includes a Location Totals summary row indicating total packs settled, total packs partially returned, total packs fully returned, net return amount, and net settlement amount for the location.

An Account Totals summary row indicating total packs settled, total packs partially returned, total packs fully returned, net return amount, and net settlement amount for the corporate account is also displayed at the end of the report.
