Add/Edit To Dos Page

The Add/Find To Do page allows authorized users search for To Do items that have been assigned to locations and chains for which the user has the permission to view. Authorized users can also add new To Do items to the system that will display on the Assigned To Dos page. The user enters dates that define when the To Do item first appears on the Assigned To Dos page. To Do items will continue to appear until 2 weeks after they are marked 'Completed'.

What You Can Do

1. Enter data in at least one of the following fields.

Title Contains—enter text that appears in the Title.

Body Contains—enter text that appears in the Title.

Due on or after—enter a date that the To Do item is due on or after.

Due on or before—enter a date that the To Do item is due on or before .

With restriction—select a restriction if applicable.

Show auto-generated?—select the checkbox if applicable .

2. Click the Find button to display matching results under Matching To Do Items.

Click the Add To Do Item button to display the Add a To Do Item page.

Enter the following data to create the To Do item.

Title	Enter text for the To Do item's Title. The Title links to the To Do item details.
Appears	Enter the date the To Do item is to appear on the Assigned To Dos page.
Due Date	Enter the date the To Do item is expected to be completed.
With restriction type	Select Unrestricted to display the To Do item to all users. Select Location to restrict the To Do item to all users at the location level. To restrict the To Do item to a specific location, enter the location number in the Restricted to Location field. Select Corporation to restrict the To Do item to all corporate users. To restrict the To Do item to a specific corporate account, select the location from the Restricted to Corporate Account drop-down list. Select District to restrict the To Do item to all users in a specific district. To restrict the To Do item to a specific district, select the district number from the Restricted to District drop-down list.

Enter the To Do content in the text field. Use the buttons in the toolbar area to format the text.

Click the Save to Do Item button.
